Automatic System Refresh
Soft Water Recharge Feature

Ion Exchange Process

·   Hard water enters the resin tank containing thousands of tiny plastic beads (cation exchange resin)

·   Each bead is pre-loaded with sodium ions

·   As hard water flows through, calcium and magnesium ions stick to the resin beads

·   The beads release sodium ions into the water in exchange

·   Result: Hard minerals are trapped, soft water flows out

Upflow Regeneration (Salt Cleaning)

·   When resin becomes saturated with hardness minerals, regeneration begins

·   Salt water (brine) flows upward through the resin bed from bottom to top

·   This upflow method preserves the unused portion of the resin bed

·   Salt ions force the calcium and magnesium off the resin beads

·  Dirty water with hardness minerals is flushed to drain

Precision Brining System

·   Advanced controller calculates exactly how much salt is needed based on water usage

·   Uses up to 30% less salt compared to traditional timer-based systems

·   Prevents over-salting and reduces environmental impact

·  Ensures optimal regeneration without waste

Automatic System Refresh

·   If no water is used for 7 consecutive days, system automatically performs a refresh cycle

·   Prevents bacteria growth and maintains water quality during periods of non-use

·   Keeps the system sanitized and ready for use

·  Particularly important for vacation homes or seasonal properties

Soft Water Recharge Feature

·   Monitors system capacity continuously

·   When capacity drops below 3%, triggers an automatic 15-minute recharge

·   Provides immediate soft water while scheduling full regeneration

·   Ensures you never run out of soft water during peak usage periods

Maintenance

When initially starting the water softener, add 5 to 6 bags of salt tablets. The average salt consumption is 1 to 2 bags per month. The active elements in the tank typically have a lifespan of 4 to 5 years and need to be replaced after that. Annual maintenance of the salt tank is highly recommended to remove any salt deposits accumulated throughout the year and keep the warranty valid.
